The mount on my first B2 looked a bit different, it didn't have the extra material next to the front screw
The front screw hole looked just like the back one and they always snapped just behind the front screw hole

Re: Discussion about possible aluminum transmission and part
1 LXXH01 Associated Differential Assembly GT is 2.60
you need the 2.25 diff
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LX2873&P=7
The out drives, diff rings and gear wont fit, the rest of the parts are the same in the 2.25, 2.4 and 2.6 diff

Re: Discussion about possible aluminum transmission and part
Hey Walt Now here's where you have to be careful. There are 2 versions of the 2.25 diff case (You obviously already knew that ) However Tower has most of the parts http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p?FVSEARCH=stealth+ A-Main has a few of the remaining parts https://www.amainhobbies.com/tea...

Re: Just another World's car (had a few speedbumps)
I bought 2 Classic kits, one for a buddy and one for me
So now I have 3 gold tub's a T2, a T2 buggy and a 10T as well as a completely wacky 10T cf tub hybrid made from AE & Traxxas parts
Oh and I'm building a 5th scale RC10

Re: Spares
When I got my RC10 Classic, I bought enough spares to build 1½ to 2 cars minus the chassis
And it all depends on how much your driving, bashing or racing it
I have a set of 10 and 10T RPM arms and they are plenty strong, just remember to strengthen the next link
