Is the intention making a car meant for the vintage racing scene, followed by part turnover and additional sales. Or just a run of kits with next to nothing of spares... Other than the box stand, chassis etching, I'm guessing these will be quite similar to the RC10 CE from a while back?

Good point about the axles, I didn't know they were sized differently. I'll have to dig deeper into the manuals and compare them.

I know I'll need front wheel bearings and for the stealth transmission at the minimum.

I have a T3 Sport kit that I found on a local buy/sell page, but it comes with bronze bushings.

Would a bearing kit for B2/B3 also fit? I'm reading into Fast Eddy bearings, but it doesn't appear they have a bearing kit anymore - any other suggestions?

At first I was going for new parts, but with the cost of NOS parts skyrocketing I think I'll entertain lightly used (but not overly scratched up) parts.. it would certainly make things a lot more economical.

Did you build yours as a shelf queen or a runner?

Personally, if you have a B2 and want a B3, I would just buy a B3. I've been keeping my eye out for a reasonable priced B2 just because they're a bit unusual. A lot more B3 buggies out there. I picked up a NISB B2-B3 conversion kit #9023 that I found deep within a hobby store's inventory.. (along with a pile of B2, B3, T3 parts). I couldn't find many pictures of #9023 here, but a few of #9022. When the box says Graphite Conversion Kit does this mean this has a carbon chassis, or does it ...

Any recommended hop ups before I start buidling? I saw that PPM came out with a whole line of replacement Carbon parts.

Darn.. I have an original 9000 kit from when I was young with mostly all original parts, aside from an RPM front and rear bumper... can't help with the 9011 though, sorry.
