Re: RC10CC classic clear wait list....
Mine arrived yesterday and I’m not a particularly “special” client at Amain.

Re: Tamiya discontinued items?
I have to confess to not paying a whole lot of attention to Tamiya or Kyosho in the past year, but is it me or have Tamiya prices gone through the roof? I pulled out an M-05 Mine Cooper kit that I have been meaning to build for a while and thought about getting a second body for it. I was stunned a...

Re: Enqyiry of Super Champ
The Buggy Champ (Rough Rider) remained discontinued and last year we saw a new batch. I have a feeling we will see a new batch of Super Champ eventually.. hopefully in 2021

Re: 6623 Diff Bushings
Thanks for letting me know.
Are both bushings the same size? The one on the pinion side seems smaller in diameter than the diff tube side.

6623 Diff Bushings
I picked up a fairly clean original A stamp RC10 from eBay. Cosmetically the car was pristine. It wasn't until I opened up the 6 gears trans that I realised that it wasn't all that pristine. When I removed the spur, noticed the car had 1 diff ring only. Trans had 2 bearings only, the rest were bushi...

Re: Optima Re-re 43 mm wheel tyre options on
Thanks for posting. I know the 2.2 route is the easiest and with greater options. I just want to know what possibilities there are with the stock rims first

Optima Re-re 43 mm wheel tyre options on
Hello everyone, My re-re Optima tyres have now de-fumed lol and the spikes are down to nubs. I like the look of the rims but would like a different tyre. What options are there in 43 mm / 1.7 I was considering the re-re RC10 classic, but not sure they will fit.. tower says they are 1.6 but amain say...

Re: Kyosho Tomahawk Rerelease
If you buy the HG shocks, you won't be able to blame it on crappy handling anymore.. Those dampers make a world of difference.Twister wrote:This could be a great vintageracing machine with that new brushless ready gearbox, and of course that ole crappy handling so i can still blame the car..

Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion
I think they left it out because it's not an issue with new kit, it's been made to much closer tolerance. On mine the 3 screws make no change whatsoever.

Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion
During my Tomahawk build, I finally realised the mistake I had made which caused my re-re Scorpions rear arms to bind. Having owned many of these chassis, I just simply assumed it should be built like my original one. The two suspension shaft holders have a tapered end. The correct way to install th...

Re: Kyosho Tomahawk Rerelease
i take it back and instead will say I discovered my own error when I built the re-re scorpion. The two suspension shaft holders have a tapered end. The correct way to install them is: install the taller one with taper side up and the shorter one taper side down . Its clearly shown in the manual but ...
