Re: How to make white parts white?
I saw another post on this topic and someone used bleach and detergent and it really didn't help. I may try some of that oxyclean soap on a battery tray I've got. I tried to find Soft Scrub at the market but they didn't have it.

Re: How to make white parts white?
Thanks, actually I didn't mean get them white or whiter, just clean the brown stains and such. I'll try the simple green. I don't want to dye.

How to make white parts white?
I'm sure this has been discussed before. What's the best way to get your old white plastic parts looking new again or at least better? I was thinking about a 90% water 10% bleach soak. Is this a bad idea? Also will putting the parts in semi boiling water for 30 minutes or so make them stronger (to i...

Re: rc 10 gold pan info
Forgot to mention I will be shortening the battery pack wires a bit and soldering on a Deans connector. Would have done it today but I didn't feel like heading to the LHS after a hard day of fun! (lol)

Re: rc 10 gold pan info

Re: rc 10 gold pan info
Well I guess after I clean up that electronic mess and resolder I'll disassemble everything and clean it in detail, put it back together and shelf it, will also look for some tires and wheels and a buggy body for it. I need a battery strap and the steering arm to make it complete as far as I know. T...

Re: rc 10 gold pan info
Hello all, and thanks for all the good advice. I am going to relocate all the electronics as suggested and get rid of the Tamaya plug. I was going to do that especially with the receiver. I saw some pics here that will help. It does have aluminum wheels. It came with a Ford truck body. The truck doe...

rc 10 gold pan info
Hi, I'm new here and fairly new in the hobby. I picked this creampuff up last week at a craiglist garage sale and I need some info. I think it's an mid or late '80's Edingers RC 10 from some research but I'm not sure. It has the white opaque plastic, I was told it was the original motor, has a futab...
