Re: New to me TRX-1

Good info..thanks guys. There is a diff rebuild kit for the Blue Eagle LS on ebay right now. Will it work for this TRX1? If so Id rather buy the kit instead of having to hunt down all the items I need.

Re: New to me TRX-1

I think I have a plan for this buggy now, but I cant shake the idea that I read in the past that there was a TRX-1 Pro released by traxxas. If I am not mistaken, can someone tell me the difference between the TRX1 and TRX1 Pro?

Worlds largest fork!

I visited the worlds largest fork yesterday. Its only about 10 miles from my house, but it was the first time I had seen it. This is random, I know. Just thought I'd share! http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b170/momotheman5/20130315_165448_zpsb76bbcc3.jpg http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b170/momot...

New to me TRX-1

I always knew I'd be adding the TRX-1 to my RC family, but I didnt expect to get one now. My neighbor got this in trade, and hes not interested in vintage RC so I traded him a few things for it... http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b170/momotheman5/20130307_201616_zpsec2a1e8a.jpg http://i19.photobuck...

RC Lights

I dont know the first thing about RC lights, but I'm working on a 10th scale buggy that I'd like to add them to. I'd like these style of lights... http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b170/momotheman5/rc10_zpsfbdadc06.jpg Can anyone recommend a set of lights? I only need two of them. And do lights just...

My Royal Ripper

Finally got to run my Royal Ripper today for the first time today. Man is it a goofy car! I guess Iits because I've never driven a 4ws buggy before. It was pretty fun though. I only ran it for about 5 minutes because I was afraid of breaking it. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b170/momotheman5/201...

Re: Whats on your Xmas wishlist?

Hakko 888 soldering iron. In the past I've only used cheap irons and the results were not so good. For years now I've been relying on other people soldering my stuff for me. I'm hoping the hakko will turn me into a soldering pro. Just wanted to say that I ended up getting this for xmas, and I must ...

Mugen MBX5 Electric conversion

I know I'm a little behind the times, but I just finished converting my Mugen MBX-5 over to electric. I've had this Mugen for about 5 years. Its one of my RCs that I absolutley love and will probably never sell. I stopped running my nitro cars probably 3 years ago and sold most of them off. Slowly (...

Re: FlySky FSGT3B

It looks like the first batch of the Flysky IT4 has hit ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Latest-FLYSKY-FS-iT4-4ch-2-4GHz-AFHDS-2-Touch-Screen-LCD-Transmitter-RC-Car-Boat-/271114043060?pt=US_Character_Radio_Control_Toys&hash=item3f1fa7feb4 $168 probably isnt a bad deal. I just worry that the moment ...

Mamba Monster calibration issues - help!

Hey fellas. My neighbor got a used E-Revo with a mamba monster/2200 combo. It didnt come with a radio so I offered to let him use my Flysky FS-GT3B for a while until he can buy a new radio. The problem is, I cant get the radio to calibrate with the ESC. I get past the full throttle, and full brake, ...
