RC Lights
I dont know the first thing about RC lights, but I'm working on a 10th scale buggy that I'd like to add them to. I'd like these style of lights...
Can anyone recommend a set of lights? I only need two of them. And do lights just run off of an extra battery, or is there any way to wire them into the reciever for power?
Thanks in advance!

Re: RC Lights
I know Ram makes some.
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDZ55&P=7 I've never owned a set but If I remember correctly they are a little large for a buggy.

Re: RC Lights
most rc lights run off an extra battery. There is a way to run off your rx for power but haven't done anything like that so can't help you out there...just seen it done.

I have a set, haven't installed them yet though. RC Lighthouse has a non ebay site as well.

Re: RC Lights
Check out the rc crawler stuff axial racing makes some good light housings that are pretty close to scale like these found here http://www.tcscrawlers.com/axial-light-bucket-set-black-ax80045.html and all sorts of light systems that plug into your rx or extra battery like thesehttp://www.tcscrawlers.com/light-systems-lighting-leds-light-bars/ I have been focused mainly on crawlers ans scalers lately and lights come in to play a lot

Re: RC Lights
All you need to do to run lights off the power battery is plug them into the plus and minus on an extra receiver channel.
. . . you have Associated Green Slime for brains. And not even new Green Slime, but old gooped out Green Slime.
