Re: Post your fleet pics

My wife actually picked up a perfect shelf for my vintage cars. Now I need to find some low profile stands and paint some bodies. Just have to finish up my B3 for the top shelf

Yokomo Works 91

Just scooped this off e-bay and I'm pretty happy. It came with a repro body but know wing or mounts. Does it use the 870c type wing mounts? Also what is the correct wing?

Now just need to find a good paint scheme to paint this up so if you have any 91 yoke replica ideas let me know or post them up.

Rc10 B3 Replica Options?

Well I was out of RC when the B3 was out. I have restored a B3 and now all thats left is to paint the body. My question is does anybody have scans/pics of Pavidis/Masami/etc. so I can do a little replica work? Thanks in advance guys!

Re: Finally got a Worlds Car :)

I was supprised about that too. The only white parts on the care are the servo mounts. Other than that its all black. I put a good size order in on tower and found some parts on e-bay as the graphite rear tranny brace was "modified" slightly. I should have everything by the weekend so I'll...

Everything is in great shape except the rear bulkhead, but he has a new in so no problem. First RC10 in 2 years :lol...

Re: SCOTT MONTGOMERY TRX-1 info !

Funny, I drive through there sometimes as my parents live in South Dakota!

Also can you ask your Dad why he ran coated shocks in the back but stock blue shock bodies up front?

Here I thought Cabela's was the only thing in Sydney

Re: SCOTT MONTGOMERY TRX-1 info !

Questions
1. Any modifications or was the car a prototype box kit?
2. Electronics, confirm the ESC, reciever, motor and servo?
3. Why the losi wing mounts over the stock kit?
4. Tires he ran?
5. Where did he get his awsome skills?

Re: TRX-1 Scott Montgomery Replica

What was wrong with the Blue Groove body? Just curious Well it is what it is I guess. They body itself has no window masks, body post holes are wrong, lexan is thin in some spots. They did send me 3 wings (2 marked "free). Too bad they are crappy molds, they have 6+ location holes and none are...

Re: SCOTT MONTGOMERY TRX-1 info !

 This is great news. Everything from what I've seen the car was pretty much a box kit? Amazing he did so well when AE and Losi all had tons of hours into their prototype cars. Pics and details would be a welcome addition to this forum. I know being able to have access to Scott would be pricel...

Re: RC10 B4 tips and tricks

I'm running the B44 spring cups front and rear. I also just changed over to RPM tire rod ends as the J-Concepts seem to bend easy.

I do notice that my tranny needs to be refreshed. Any tips on getting it rolling smooth?

RC10 B4 tips and tricks

I know there are a lot of us that run modern RC's so I figured I'd get the ball rollin on some B4 knowledge that I know is in this forum  So if you have any setup tips, tricks, etc. post them up! Right now I'm running the "soft" setup on AE's website. I'm also running everything p...
