its almost easier to find a rc10t and there you have most of the parts.
or you can spend about 60 bucks on most of the parts new, but then you still need to get a stealth trans.
so a truck is a cheaper option

I have seen when the amp draw is too great the battery cant supply enough voltage to keep the rx working properly.
