Here's a thought I just had.. Can I run the cooling fan off the Batt plug?
This would free up chnl 3 (Aux1) to use for lights?

I've got the DX3 w/SR315 setup. Aux1 is being used by a cooling fan on the motor heat-sync. I have added 2 white and 2 red leds for front and rear lights. Can you show how you mounted the battery box the the chassis. to secure the battery box I used 4 RPM rod connector ends. I cut the ball off used it as a 2way nut.
