I raced first a stock Beetle, then a modified Scorpion. The minimum weight at the time was 3pounds. We regularly had to add weight to the modified cars. So, running 1200 MaH cells and having such a little amount of weight to push meant these cars were fast. Shocks were the biggest let down looking b...

I have the older turbo 35 Stealth, and got it upgraded to do li-po. It turned out to be a little more $$ than I thought it would, but it keeps it current I guess. but as you know it's a huge box, + power supply too. Very nice local find from a racer who by the looks of it didn't race much, and this has been sat in the basement of his house for the last 12 years ! ALthough the batteries had been left in the controller, which I thought meant oh oh... but no, Duracells' finest still showing 90% on the power meter,...
