hi sandbar782 i replaced it with a new spur gear and it fixed the problem . think the one that came with the kit had a slight wobble in it i tossed it in the bin .. i never got the felt in my kit .. i was very disappointed with the kit i ran it twice in the car park and now it sitting back in its bo...

it seems to be in ok condition . going to try test it out later this week in my losi xxx then probably sit on my shelf in my home office .

i will keep looking for info and post it here if i find out more ..

tamiyadan . thank you for taking the time to reply to my post . very helpful yes very hard to get history on old motors . i just thought it was a cool looking motor with the buggy on the label .

tell me about it its like a full on addiction ... i have two mr ,s motors .. on the hunt for more not in great condition mind labels bit scruffy but am ok with it .

am thinking of maybe putting them behind glass with a picture frame and hanging on the wall . am sure my wife might have different ideas though spoils all my fun
