Shorty Pack Holder for RC10T

Hello, I'm going to be using shorty packs in my vintage 10T's and am looking for a holder that will fit. Drilling the chassis is not ideal, but if that's what works, so be it. I'd rather drill the chassis than cut the bulkhead up. I've searched the site, but could not find what I was looking for. Thanks, Roger

Was at my local track checking things out w my son. Tallied w the owner and he recommended a shorty pack so i could move the battery forward to handle the F/R weight ratio. What do you guys think and what kind?

I'm building up a ce sleeper and came up with a shorty pack mount, adjustable to either up aganinst the steering servo, or back a bit. Either way I plan on taping down the speedo in line behind it. Began with an old t bar...

So I have a slot machine stock motor in one of my cars, with a Traxxas xl5 speedo, would a 50c shorty lipo kill the motor??

I dealt with a lot of brushless and lipo stuff, but haven't combined any brushed motors with newer, higher c-rating...

I now have available battery straps for my transverse shorty pack battery cups, printed in Nylon.
I'll make these available at Shapeways in the next day or two, but for now I have 3 available for immediate shipment. The price is $8 plus shipping....

Every time I run I break the antenna tube - part of the problem is that it has turned cold outside and the plastic has became more brittle.

Question is what is the best brand/type antenna holder/tube to at least make this a more infrequent...

Hi all

I want to run my battery longitudinally in my gold pan but need to drill the holes for the battery holder is there a set position for this as mine doesnt have any holes to put it that way?

i think that if you are going to run this one than don't worry about drilling. BUT, a good double sided tape could be a good idea. A hard hit the wrong way could dislodge it though.
