I'm not a shelfer kinda guy. I like to run my cars. I mistakenly sold my original JRX2 but fortunately found a replacement and have since gone about modernizing it. Here are some pics and what I've done.

No, I'm not sure where the topshaft came from. I got the shaft from Rick. The spur, slipper pads, plates, spring etc is from a Strike.

With the top shaft that Rick supplied me, you can use any modern Losi slipper setup. I had an extra XX and Strike...

Any straight forward solution to running modern 12mm hexes on my Jrx2? I figured I'd just upgrade the front of the car with RB6 front axles/spindles. I was hoping there was an available hex for the rear.

After a few months building it I've finally had the chance to run a couple batteries through the old Jrx2, but I'm having some issues and need suggestions...

1. Steering...it doesn't have enough to make it though the tight sections of the course....

I bought a set of the spoked j-concepts wheels that are made for a b4 and they fit much better than the prolines I was running...combined with the new rips fronts the steering was much improved. 10-32 lock nuts hold the wheels on fine and give them...

I love my XX Kinwald Trinity buggy so much I really wanted to build another. I'm planning to build this up into a high end runner with real performance potential, and modern electronics. I am also considering using some parts from the current 22...

I don't have the schedule or time to race these days but enjoy a random day when I have off work to go during the week to turn open laps every few months at best. It is a big commitment wise though as the track is an hour away and not the the most...
