my front mounts are stock and in the stock location on my 10t with t3 body.

Hi Everyone.
Dug out my old RC10 truck conversion from 30 years ago and was thinking of getting a new body since the old one has cracks.
This is what the current body looks like - I prefer this style with the sloped/smooth back and can't seem to...

Has anyone had a Rc10 with a buggy body? I remember seeing a pic of one in the forums but I cant find it again. If so what pieces are needed?

yes- minus King Cab which used a hex wheel instead of the wide 5 style hub. IIRC the offset was a bit weird on those as well. For the traditional Tamiya wide 5 wheels like Blackfoot series, lunchbox series, etc you just need the rear wheel adapters,...

I just converted my old GT to brushless. I'm just looking for general input. I rushed the photos so the wiring still neds to be tidied up a bit. I ran out of small black zip-ties though. I'm sure people will comment on the battery placement so I'll...

No, a few others seemed to work their way in front of the bug. Work is kicking my butt at the moment and will continue to do so for the next 30 days or so (I can't wait for it to be over already.... give an inch, take a mile :x )

I got my body back from paint for my RC10T2. I also applied my decals I made. As you can see the chassis has a few mods :) Not exactly sure what my next step with the car will be...

Can the B4.1 bodies be made to fit a vintage gold pan without to much problem? I'm thinking I saw someone that fit a vintage RC10 with one somewhere. Thanks for any help on this!

Recently purchased an RC10 on Ebay, it looked like it had never been run but was stored poorly and the pan was shot. Some kind of chemical had stripped the chassis in spots. My question is the body that came with it looks like an original vintage...

It's what it says, a 6160 Pro Tech body. Its for a short arm, gold pan.

If it feels thin, brittle, and crack prone, it might be original. If not, it's probably a re-re.

I'm about to order a Boki copy for my short arm car.
