One of these days. 8)
And yes, if you do the math then by the time I got paid the next Friday I was already $100 in the hole. I was no master of economics, but I had a lot of fun!

Well, if this thread is going to completely de-rail than I'll tell this story:

On Monday I would cash a check for $20. On Tuesday I would cash a check for $40. $20 would go to the bank to cover the $20 check and I would live on the other $20. I would repeat this process in various amounts all week. Week after week. :?
I worked with a guy back about that age that had it down to a science...well almost. He would get paid on thursday and open a checking account at some bank with $100 and go to another bank and open a checking account with another $100 and keep the rest of it for misc.(pry around $50 since he made the same as I did). He then proceded to write checks totalling well over that $100 until the temporary checks were gone from either account. Gotta remember this was before internet and stuff like that to link stores to banks. Come thursday he would do it again at different banks. Went on most of the summer like that  .

While what I was doing was probably technically illegal, I think that above is a straight up felony! I like the way he thinks though.

Oh yeah...definitely a lil illegal  . He got pulled over one day and low and behold he had alot of outstanding warrants in all his names  . you would think he would have spent a few bucks on tires. Reason for being pulled over was he had a Ford Escort that was sporting 4(!) donut sized spares

A friend of mine did too... he ran over one of the neighboring farmers goats that got out and paid him $20 not to call the cops

Charlie don't surf wrote:Just curl it around a hex driver and make a pigtail. That's about it for 2.4- It's not interference prone like FM/AM
With regards to FM/AM and carbon chassis, is it purely that the actual wire (not the insulation surrounding it) shouldn't touch the carbon?

I know about not crossing power wires, although I've had more problems with that with AM than FM...
