Wyatt, do you use Parma decals for your Bigfoot (Bigfeet  ) or do you have another source? I'd love to put a proper Bigfoot body on my Boyer tuber.

The bigfoot trucks in the picture used custom graphics that are on the inside of the body, they look just like the real trucks graphics, the rest of the "old school" trucks are all paintwork.

the only reason the ripper gave the powers truck a run for its money was the fact that it basically copied the design as a whole, then mass produced it for others to then make their own versions of it. I would say the powers chassis is the most copied suspension to date. Its flattering but also lead to alot of hard feelings.

All things aside, the centurian is a cool looking truck, I remember driving the prototype a year before it was banned from the nrctpa.

Do you have any other pictures of your collection? I would like to see more of the giant wheeled one. Looks just like the real thing in that pic. Awesome collection.

the bigfoot 5 is owned by tim powers, so its not exactly mine, but I had a hand in building it. I usually do most of tim's paint now, here are some pictures...

i dont care for the clod... no sir i dont like it. shafty 2.2's are ALOT more fun.

my biggest complaint is the cheap cheap cheap plastic used on the axles and the poor steering design that creates a TON of scrub.

if tamiya would update the clod to this century maybe it would regain its popularity. modernize the axles a bit and offer them up with a chassis similar to the cr01 or something and capable out of the box, or just modernize the axles and offer them as a package themselves since everybody just ends up using only the axles eventually. (besides halgar)

give 'em clockable axle-c's, less darn steering scrub, bta steering, adjustable motor mounts, the ability to take the axles off the case without having to split the case (i know the mod, but still...), adjustable widths... etc.

Fantastic collection I'm not a crawler guy but I'd love an accurate RC Bigfoot.

It is kinda hard to tell, but that one in the corner looks like it might be a MRP High Roller body..... I say that due to the proportions.

They are doing the same with F350 and TLT axles.

Yes the clod and its axles are outdated, well they turned 20yrs. old last year....Anyways, there's a reason for why they are still made....People still race them, buy them, and were the best selling/longest selling tamiya kit. We have clodbusters that give stadium trucks/emaxxes a run for their money... I recently bought a savage and love it, but still consider the clod my fav.
