I remember having those battery packs back then. Along with a Hobbico charger.

I've still got my Hobbico and Kyosho chargers that I had in the 90's, including the boxes. I use the Hobbico to power my comm lathe.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

That's cool. My brother and I had a 905 series unit. I'm half tempted to buy one for old times' sake.
