You probably already saw the threads titled "Speed Built by OK Models Lancia Stratos" and "OK Models Speed Built Lamborghini Countach".

Your appears to be the electric version of those kits.

RC10Talk member has 2 posted here: http://www.retromodelisme.com/voitures/u278-114/tomolupus-ok-models.html this link is from one of the threads above and still works.

Any clues on this chassis? No sandwich. Was thinking Trinity/Composite Craft, but the ones I've seen of these have a sharp angle at the rear end of the wide part of the chassis.

Happened across a review for this car in the April 1978 issue of RCM. PDF pg. 82 (magazine pg. 79):

Any clues on this drive line? Gears marked "A", "B" and "C".
Also a gear cover. Maybe a clue to the gears...

Very good, thank you! That is a classic I must admit Ihave not been dvelling much into. To be honest, this set gave me more of a Nikko feel.. Will hunt further on the gear cover.
