Autographics returns
It appears Autographics is back. Someone has bought the name and materials. Ebay seller name is autographicsofcalifornia
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Re: Autographics returns
Hopefully this actually goes somewhere. I remember when you posted about BoLink returning several years ago which never materialized. This is far simpler though as it's easy money for any print shop.

Re: Autographics returns
That brings up a good point about trademarks I think is the right word to use. How are they going to skirt around having to pay for licensing? I imagine the profit wouldn't be there if they had to.

Re: Autographics returns
MCI seems to have figured it out with licensing!

Re: Autographics returns
Licensing was the first thought that came to mind when I read Jeff's initial post. Maybe Autographics will follow Tamiya and create faux company logos similar to what's found on this re-re Blackfoot decal sheet?
Since MCI is based in Canada, I reckon they are out of reach from US companies with regard to prosecution for possible copyright or trademark infringement.
I buy reproduction decal sets for my motorcycle restoration projects from a company that is also based in Canada.
I don't know for certain but Canada's trademark laws might be very different from those in the US and other countries.
