here is an old pic of my first clod, I bought it used or traded as we kids did back in the day, picture was taken at a saw mill where I grew up, my buddies dad owned it and let us play in the sawdust mounds exhausted out the back of the mill.

Well, the Clodbuster volcano in my head has finally exploded and I've decided it's finally time to try and get one. It will be a runner, I want something slower that I can run around my driveway without tearing up the driveway and have fun....

Do not use acetone on anything Tamiya. They are about 90% abs parts and will melt. I think maybe the only parts not abs are rod links for most models. The red or blue parts I think are also a nylon. Possibly a blend so don't chance it.

Im looking for some better shocks for my clodbuster but I dont want to spend a lot of money I only bash around I was thinking of a set of traxxas stock 3.3 tmaxx shocks does anyone know if they will fit on a clodbuster if so would they be a good...

You can find reproduction grilles and tailgates on eBay for $22 each. Unfortunately they're not chrome. However somebody did a nice job with their 3D printer. While I know they're not THE sought after pieces, I think they look better than that 4x4x4...

I wanna modify this beast but don't really know much. Ive heard there are mods that are a must.

I have had a Clod that I got in a lot and recently got the parts together to get it going.I have a few questions.I have heard of people saying they need to retime one motor but when I look at it I seem to think the motors are running the same way.I...

The rear motor is reverse rotation.
If the motors have adjustable timing rotate the endbell 180 deg for the rear motor.
If the motors are at zero deg you can just reverse the polarity.

I usually run 17T or 19T motors, just depends how fast you want...

lhs called me saying they had a few old rc cars i could have, that someone left in their store (perks of being the guy that has tons of old rc stuff no one else wants lol)

Thanks, yeah I've sold way too many of my clods. I only have one of the dozen I built over the years.... maybe I'll build another. Always been a fan of cantilever suspension, so if I see one I may have to grab it....
