That's a Blue Bird Baja Growler. They also did an identical car but in red called the Super Baja.

I have the body for that car. I picked it up last year thinking that it would fit my optima, but it didn't. The wheelbase is slightly shorter.

Re: anybody know about this car ?......"Optima Clone"
I had that car around 1994 give or take 2 years.
It was my follow up car to my Tamiya Frog. The chain-drive was awful, but it had nice working shocks.
After shortening the chain twice I sold it ASAP, eventhough I think it could be upgraded to a belt.
After that I finally got my first RC10.
