'94 yz10 and pavidis runners
got this incomplete one for $60 maybe $70 a month ago. only the reason I bought this was the price. it was not bad to build a YZ10 runner with that price. I had some parts from 90's, and could share the front wheels and tires with 834B, rear ones with old-new RC10
and went to '94 chassis. that pavidis chassis was broken. and I though old one was better for brushless seupt

they look very pretty! I have two pavidis edition and never let them be runners
in that days(1995-2000) my favorite cars in sequence are YZ-10 pavidis、cat'98、lazer zxs

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
first of all, thanks for your help Aaron.
we'r going to the rally track soon. and will update action pics after then
I took some parts from yr-4m to finished the pavidis. it still needs the undertray and topdeck.

Man - I just love the look of the 'Squashed-bug' YZ-10 shell they just look so purposefull with the super high shock towers!
Great stance!

These look a real nice pair of buggies, & great to see these cars being built to be run

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
after I posted the pics on korean rc forum. the painter showed up. it was a kind of talisman he said, but "squashed bug" is quite convincing to me
I usaully build more than 2 runners at the same time. 2 for my young lads and the other(s) for myself. we got only 2 runners this time so, we'll run MX-4 and MR-4BX too. I noticed MR-4BX was very close to MX-4 YMP that I never had. but I prefer MX-4 body than MR-4BX's
yoke shocks were not good much as AE's before. but newer shocks in MR-4BX kit are pretty good. I'll try them on YZ-10 this weekend

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
I like the idea of putting the later Yokomo shocks on the YZ-10 - keeping it all 'Yokie'....
I must admit i'm not very familiar with the MX4 and its variants, in my latter days of Off-road racing I became 'blinkered' to what was happening in the 4wd scene, as I concentrated on 2wd - i've never actually raced a 4wd buggy competitvely
P.S; its great that you can enjoy your vintage racing with your sons

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
once you get met MX-4, you'll love it
it was great except the shocks. maybe it was my illusion and lack of skill of building them. AE shocks were much better than MX-4 stock ones to me. and thier 5 years old new shocks are great now

they look great brother! did you get them for a good price? how bad was the pav chassis very cracked i take it.
whats you thoughts on why yokomo went to composite plastic on the bc/special then back to carbon again on the bx?
