Re: My first ever buggy build. The pink machine hope you en

Scrolling down, I gagged a little until I saw it with the body on, then it made sense. lol

Get rid of all the gold aluminum and white fiberglass bits and it would look great. And for the love of Xenu, please fix those rear shocks!

Dazza's Garage

Welcome to Dazza's Garage! Its a bit of a work in progress, and I seem to be accumulating more projects than I'm completing these days. I'm going to try and get a photo of every car in my collection so I have a documented current state then I will continue to build them and update the photos as I go...

What kind of car? I assume you mean a gear diff? Did he use a left-handed wrench to do this also?

Original RC10 - Light bucket source?

FInally got my body painted and repro stickers - now I need some lights!

What are you folks using? Will the Tamiya style Frog light buckets work?

Here's where I'm at currently with my build - waiting on some rear wheels/tires as well..

New member from Connecticut

Hello, just signed up. I am looking to get back into this RC thing after 25 years off. I think home quarantine had me thinking of ways to occupy my time and the box with my old RC10 inside was staring at me each day as I sat in my new make shift basement home office. After using this site to find an...

10L Factory Works Project

Thanks to GoMachV, I was able to get started on a RC10L project I picked up on Ebay. I'm using the Factory Works lipo chassis, but had it cut in the natural fiberglass for that old school feel. Still waiting on the body and some odds and ends to button up. Thanks for looking!

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - October 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!

We really need to encourage entry's of lower quality as it might make choosing easier , the TRX3 is very nice , the JRX2 would already have my vote if it had electrics fitted , and its a Fantom ! or the Gene Husting replica and the list goes on ! how can we choose :?: Seriously though a very nice se...

Re: Thoughts on transmission rebuild/repair?

I suspect that if you look closer, you don't need nearly as much as you think. You can usually replace the o rings in the shocks and be fine. Kimbrough spur gears are ~$6. The teflon bushings are typically fine. Sometimes, they get pushed into the diff tube. Pan car drive rings can be used, and are ...

Re: ** Build of the Year Contest - 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!

Thank you so much! I’m really honoured to win this year’s contest with this special tribute build to Gene Husting. It was a very close win though and I want to congratulate all other contenders with their beautiful entries. The idea of a calendar would be fantastic with a part of the proceedings tha...

Re: ** Build of the Year Contest - 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!

Congrats David.

I also want to thank everyone that has taken the time to enter a vehicle this year, and to all of those that take time to vote each month.
