Well 8 bottles of O2, 2 bottles of Mapp, and $100 worth of Harris safety silv45 rod later lol....chassis is done. Now I get to spend the day cleaning it all up tomorrow. That's a job in and of itself. Tires & wheels should be here tomorrow as well so fun stuff starting soon https://imagizer.imag...

Cool conversion. Slightly off topic- I am still wondering why this is done at all, in the first place-- seems like there is more rotating mass with this design-- which means slower. Having the 'old' style of a fixed axle seems more efficeinet, no? More efficient, and also less leverage on the beari...

those rear tires aren't going to do much for traction in grass-- get a pin spike or tractor tread or paddle tires (sand paws) Y}You should be able to crank the ground clearance up by moving the spring collars down so that the suspension does not settle at all with the car's weight on it. It may ride...

Electronics are in and calibrated/programed. First time "Superbeast" has moved under it's own power. Just a short lil' shakedown test in the driveway but I think I'm gonna be pleased with the power it seems to have.
