Finally built up a clod to race with and raced with the MMRC yesterday. The 17 turns were not keeping up well in the pro-mod setup. I had a ton of fun though.

Had an old original Clodtalk decal so I had to add it!

Yikes, I have an ender 3V2 and use Cura for my slicer, I'd have to look more into the settings. 40 hours for a set of tires... Yikes. Lol. But it's doable... What size nozzle did you use?

Sounds like I should pick up some tpu and try this out. I'm guessing it took forever to print..

Never seen anything for a clod like this, however I got out of the hobby when rock crawling was taking over.

It wouldn't shock me since a lot of companies were making clods into crawlers.

I think rc4wd made a lot of small batch clod stuff.

Good looking truck! Be careful! Clods can get addicting... I should know. Haha. Next thing you know you'll have 12 and a bunch of clod related websites and maybe even a RC10 one. Haha

Any update on this project?

I'm a huge fan of the diamond spikes! My other clod is rocking a full set. I need to find a way to clean up these old Duratrax tires.

I had a bunch of spare parts from my days owning many clods, so I decided to build one. Only parts I purchased were esc, servo and wheels (why are they only available in chrome?). No problem, I understand these things take time and money. I have recently acquired two big bears, so original looking tires would be nice. Until that day I may try printing out an adaptor.

This is an odd question, but does anyone know what the big bear body clips looked like? A bunch of clips came with my two, just curios if any of these are the stock ones.

Picked up a few Marui big bears Datsuns along with a bunch of new parts and in a used parts box were these orange connectors. In all my years, I have never seen anything like these. Any idea guys?

I just picked up two of the big bear kits with old old tires on them, you have me very interested in your results!
