Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
Well, only got a chance to run her once as I was trying to get the most time in with my other 3 cars. Nothing broke so I consider it a win lol Even with the front bulkhead full of lead, thanks to the 5-link she was pulling wheelies from a dig with a fixed timing HW 17.5 geared 29/72. Didn't have the...

Re: Losi jrx2 Rigid Ball Bearing Steering

Re: My JRX2 restore/race build
Welp, since my local track closed down I've only been able to race in SoCal about once a month. Next weekend I plan to hit up a couple tracks so I figured I'd go through a different JRX2 and bring it along. Had a stainless screw set laying around so installed that, cleaned/polished hinge pins, clean...

Re: How many active tracks within an hour?
There is an 1/8th scale track locally but no 1/10th scale for at least 3 hours. 702 Raceway closed at the beginning of July out of the blue so we're kinda stuck.

Re: JRX Pro - does it make sense for vintage races?
A B4 spur and slipper pads are a direct fit, have much more material and are readily available. Ran a 71 tooth spur, 17.5 on carpet and worked great.

Re: Demon motor feature identification
There's a Demon motor the has this unusual extra feature on the side of the can. It's a removable endbell modified motor, so this feature shouldn't be associated with holding the endbell to the can. Any thoughts what this could be for? I'm presuming it was added by a previous owner but could be mis...
