That retro PK does look sharp.

MOmo, that all depends. I'm not sure how big a Kastan 24 is, but I'm assuming its regular 24" race geometry. Therefor you might consider a 26" bmx cruiser. I've got two, a Firemans Texas Cruzer and a Kappa K26 that's on the last page. As how much to spend and appreciating in value, that's always the trick. Kappa has appreciated in value tremendously, so you have to pay a premium to get one now. I think their value will continue to grow steadily because of their rarity, quality and several other factors. I know you can find used retro SEs for good deals from time to time. A retro OM Flyer might do the trick. Basically, you've just got to follow eBay and the bmxmuseum swap meet and for sale sections and wait for something to pop up for a good price.

I got the best bike I've ever owned back. It took me about 4 years to get it just right. Add two years to that if you include the time it took to hunt down the right frame. A 1985 JMC 24" cruiser. There were only 12 made in white, this is one of them. I sold it in 2012. I bought it back from the guy I sold it to, he hadn't even taken it out of the box. There is still Brooklyn dirt on the tires. Feeling pretty dang lucky.

Nice bike, nice 240 too 8)

Momo, I picked up a 2012 OM Flyer last year from an online outlet. It is a comfortable and solid cruiser. At 6' tall, it is more comfortable than my 24 GT Pro Series or 24 Dyno Nitro.

Ahhh.... I sure do love some BMX! I've had a ton. Recently sold off all the remaining, keeping only by beloved T/A.

Thanks for the kind words slotcarrod and melvinsarmy. Here are some more. In 1988 I discovered the Movie RAD through a friend of mine. I was already into BMX in 1987. When I saw RAD my freestyle skills and motivation went through the roof. I still watch it from time to time. Hearing the theme song always pumps me up.

Does my streched cruiser with a 24" rear and a 26" front count?

I suppose. I don't really know much about them but am looking at getting one to ride with my kids. I haven't ridden a bike in about 15 years. Looking at getting a Sunday Model C.

I ride 24 and 26" cruisers. I'd highly recommend a 26 to anyone. For riding around with the kids, a 24 would be great too.

I"ve seen that PK model. That guy is insane! Never seen anything quite like it.

My 1997 Cannondale Super V with bonded swingarm was stolen last friday from the balcony of my condo unit, the bike were secured with u-lock on it.
In return, the thief left me an extension aluminum ladder.

Still waiting from the manager to download a copy of the surveillance video. :(
