Cream Dream for sure, but I've always been curious as to why Hot Trick insisted on making everything ultra brite red. I mean it certainly made their stuff stand out and when I see Hot Trick stuff today it's super sweet and definitely pure vintage, but still a strange marketing choice for a company setting out to make top-quality products during that era. I guess they wanted to stray as far away from black or white as possible. :? Anyway, this is a great build and you made the right choice by doing it. 8)

murphy3428 who makes the shock relocation kit that you are using? Did you make your chassis or is it one that can be purchased? I am currently working on a Big boy toys sprint car build up but once I finish that car I am considering putting together another RC10 based dirt car. I want to put together a eastern dirt modifed like i used to race. I really like the McAllister bodies. I am a big fan of Dirt stock car racing. (the real deal not scale racing) I live within an hours drive of at least four local dirt tracks Lebonon Valley, Devils bowl, Saratoga speedway and Fonda speedway. Thanks

Gordon.

the shock relocation kit is by McAllister and they are some what hard to find although there was one on ebay just recently, the chassis is by Hot trick and also is not so easy to find but not impossible either you see them from time to time on ebay. I am also working on to big boy toy sprinters I add some pics later of those builds thanks for the interest and good luck on your bbt can't wait to see it

I love this belt on main gear!
The trinity motor seems to be very nice also.

Well it is pretty much done except for paint, I was originally thinking of an old style miller or bud paint job but I am thinking that a black body would really make the thing pop any idea's

Hmm, black and gold? I'm thinking Miller Genuine Draft FTW.

On second thought, the photo from this post would work well to blend the Black and Gold theme with the Hot Trick Red and your White vintage parts.
