Nice! Don't see many of those around anymore.

There was a hobby shop in Texas a couple of years ago who had the remainder of the Raborn inventory, and they were trying to sell it off as a group. If I recall correctly, they wanted a king's ransom for their stash.

M&M is one of the local hobby shops here. I think there as actually a thread about that on our local forum, if not I'll just ask them about it. If it's M&M those guys will probably know all about it.

I'd like to find a few sets of the Raborn outdrives & drive shafts, for sure.

Meir at M&M was the creator of Rayborn. I was in Houston a few years ago and met him. Not only did he have all of the remaining Raborn inventory for sale, but also part of the deal was all of the drawings, etc. for someone who would want to "revive" Raborn.

BTW, thanks for steering us in the direction of this site Doug. I can't get enough of some of these old cars.

Yeah, they are addictive, aren't they Wally? I really love the old stuff. I'm glad to see the Vintage forum on DODC taking off, too. That means that it's not just me that's into the old cars. :)

Nope. I'm rethinking it because I have way more AE stuff now than Losi.

You guys need to get together and allow 3800s!

You have the "I can't decide where to put my batteries" version. ;) I have an ad somewhere that shows a few different kinds...
