i've looked for other pics of gil losi jr's car, but i haven't come with anything. i myself am hoping to find more pics of this masami car, other that these 2 small shots from the masami timeline:
if i can't find any others, i'll just wing it like i did my halsey replica. lastenfeild (i think that's his name) posted some larger pics of the ones i had to work with, so i still have stuff i need to change on that one yet. you can't beat larger pics.

because the bottom of the shock is mounted in the inner most hole on the arm, it looks like he used front springs because the rears springs would've been to long. so, he just used a ton of yokomo preload clips to take up the space.

P.S. I also want more pics or video of 1985 IFMAR 1/10 Off-road.
