hello, ive been into rc for around 25 years or so, i just recently bought a few jrx2s and would like to restore them, im looking forward to gaing knowledge (and a few parts) from you guys.

Welcome!!! post some pictures and these guys will let you know every last detail, they might pick it apart a little but it's all in trying to help you out. It helps if you tell them if you're looking to make a runner or a shelfer or a rare early shelfer, don't worry about those who toke the purist pipe

We'll be more than happy to help anyway we can. Markt311 gave some great advice. Feel free to ask questions regarding restoration tips. One thing I can tell you is not to use acetone for the older orange 5 spoke wheels...they will melt.

thanks guys, i look forward to restoring these, and what about the repop bodies and decals, any place to get these yet, i saw a few guys were working on them.
