Problems Viewing/Posting On This Site...

I'm having some problems when posting and viewing this site.
My Internet Explorer has a problem where if I open more than one window and then close it,all windows close.
When I try to upload a photo on this site,I get the message 'Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must close'-The same error message I get when I close a window,when multiple applications of Internet Explorer are open,then close one and all applications dissapear.
When using Mozilla Firefox,the 'Reply' and 'New Topic' just aren't there!
It worked the first time I used Firefox to visit this site,but it's had this problem ever since.
Does anyone have any ideas?It's REALLY frustrating,especially when I want to post more than one photo here!
