Depends on which YZ10. If you are referring to the later 1994 YZ10, then yes, the B4 (.89 bodies with .71 shafts) will work but obviously will offer less upward shock travel. Good for flat style tracks. I don't think they will work well on the YZ-870C and 1989 YZ10 as you won't get much suspension travel at all because the bottom of the shocks are mounted closer (compared to the later Yokes) to the centre line of the chassis. Worth a try though.
Let us know how you go.

thanks vin. i kinda had the feeling they'd be too long.
i'm looking to put them on an 870c, mainly to have the luxury of threaded shocks since this car will actually be raced. i guess i could talk to chad at dynotech about making a taller one for me if needed.

i saw on the '89 yokomo parts list that websteve posted in the scan archives that the .56 and 1.02 shocks are the associated replacements for the yoke shocks. so, i guess i'll try a pair of the tc3 shock bodies with .56 shafts on the front.

Anybody know if any of the Losi shocks would be a good fit for the 870/YZ-10? Front and Rear. Those stock Yoke shocks are the one part of the car that I really dislike!
