Hi guys, need advise on this before I buy some AM 75mhz crystal. I got a Futaba AM 75mhz reciever without crystal in a lot I won but I do not have a transmitter for it. I do have several AM 27mhz transmitter. Would like to know if I were to change the crystal to AM 75mhz on both the transmitter and the reciever, will it work? Or do I need to buy a new transmitter with AM 75mhz? I thought it only the crystal that matter right?

No, it won't work.

You need a AM 75MHz transmitter. Or at least a 75 module for those styles.
