I would say that is the 8040 its not the 8008, or 8042, but not 100% sure

No, I THINK (keyword) it is A&L or something similar. I wasn't gonna post until I could narrow it down. It is not a standard OE Losi body, that I am 99% sure of.

that body was done by lee. his name is right on the window.

...gave it a quick tidy up, polished out some light scratches and through on some fresh xx-cr decals, that boomerang shaped cutout must be a give away to which body this is,not a great fan of the paint scheme, but she is

Hello Gary,
That body looks a lot like the A&L "XX YZ" body. The overall shape is correct but the small picture that I have of that body doesn't show the scoup on the side.
