Nice truck. It's refreshing to see a ride with some scratches.
These weren't meant to be dust collectors

Who made that conversion kit? I don't think I've seen that before.
The front looks pretty cool. I like the 3 mounting holes. The rear is kinda different. I'd love to see a side view without the body.

What kind of battery do you run in that? That's an unusual mounting for the battery cup. Also: What kinda of ESC is that? I've never seen one with servo mounting tabs. Is that some kind of Futaba?

BTW: I couldn't help noticing it looks like you're missing a couple screws on your front suspension mounts. Saving weight for the races?

Nice Shag! 8) It's nice to see what would have been one of the earliest truck conversions still alive and looking good. Yeah, that's an impressive rear body mount. Hey, I guess they didn't have all the kinks worked out when they first started making conversions. I love the old Proline body too.

That's an awesome old-school-Blackfoot-spankin'-RC10-truck-conversion. :D

thanks guy's!! i have no idea what kit it is realy. someone said it once but i forget. the ESC is and old Futaba MC112B. i've never ran the car and yes it's a dust collecting shelfer. LOL i recieved it basicly just like this. i added the Andy's arms and the aluminum rimz. i have the original truck rimz and tires that go with the conversion kit also. the aluminum ones just look soooo much cooler. LOL

i'll get more pics of it when my camera gets home tomarrow. 8)

Cool old school truck conversion. I remember all the trouble the original "Truggies" caused. A truly revolutionary vehicle.

Shag's Clod-nerd side shines through.

Yeah, it's either a Proline or JG conversion. I'm thinking Proline. My memory is fading though. I had the same conversion on my JRX2 back in the day. I remember those crazy huge spikes, and that cool Chevy body. The body mounts are throwing me though, they don't look familiar at all. I always thought that was a great looking body. I'm sure a clear one turns up on ebay every once in a blue moon. I kinda like the one you have on it, it's got an era-apropriate paint job and looks clean.
