I got this off of ebay ~3 years ago. I have been running it everywhere since. I thought, since i have destroyed the body, that it would be nice to clean it up, buy a new body and photograph it. I have cleaned it up, put it back together, and am getting a credit card this weekend so i can order a body off of tower soon. It is gonna look sweet when im finished.

As for the stock wheels being black, dont rip on me, they had already been spray painted blue and were destroyed when i took the color off with break fluid. So i just sanded em down and painted em ~2 years ago.

The velcro i decided is the best way to mount electronics as u'l see in later photos

This car will never be anymore for than a runner. It only looks white in the picture- this has to do with lighting, no photoshop was used. the front arms are actually quite yellow. I cant wait to get this car a new body, maybe even viper.

If you notice from the pic that there isnt a battery connector, your quite alert. I need some advice on this one. I have a traxxas boat that comes with a new connector- traxxas high performance black connectors are the latest fad. Instead of two tin pins (molex), it has 2 gold plates for making contact. The old tin ones are cheap, but i do notice a difference with the traxxas. Also the molex ones get hot, because of poor contact, from being plugged into both of my chargers, my 3 cars, and my boat. The traxxas ones claim the connecter is longer lasting, and can take a lot of abuse. Anyone got any info on this?

that's a nice looking runner. from my experience with the plugs the new taxxas ones are great but no better than dean's. that's just my opinion. i guess one benefit would be that you don't need to heat shrink the wires like you do with deans.

deans? are those on tower hobbies, and what is the price difference between those & traxxas? I dont mind heat shrink tubing, i own a paint stripping gun and my uncle gave me a tubing kit for my birth day with yards of each size.

The new traxxas plug is a good plug no dout... But for a RC10 I would use deans. Thats just my 2 cents :D
