Synergys Pro Cat

I got this one about a year ago as a never ran rolling chassis no body set and needing a little clean up. I sourced some missing parts including rear wing mounts, roll bar ball ends and full body set (including under tray not fitted). Went to work on it with a little soap and water, put a little effort into cleaning the shocks up and that was the chassis done. It then waited for a couple of months before I sent the body off to this gentleman for painting
http://www.airheadgraphics.com/# who I can now quite comfortably recommend, I know the instruction art paint scheme isn't the most complex but the colour match is A1 and the sharpness of masking is nothing short of perfect, nice guy and great service to.
There are definitely cars in my collection that are more than RC history, they're also my history, they evoke feeling and memories of times gone buy and this is another to add to the list which also includes but not only my Lazer ZX, LWB Optima Mid, Yok 91 and Astute.
Ok so it's no one off special it's just a bog standard Pro Cat and that's just the way I like it because I didn't own a one off special.
Hope you all like.

Really a super paint job just wish the guy who did it was in US not UK. You've got a winner there!

Thats a sweet looking Procat! I run the same paint scheme but different colours and it looks brilliant on the track tearing down the straight! Glad to see another classic old Schuey up here.
By the way,Ive painted 3 of these same scheme's now and they do get easier.

Awesome Mark, but why did you change your pseudo? Maybe you thought we couldn't recognise you? But then you would better change your avatar too

Thanks for the nice comments guys.
Nothing as mysterious as that I'm afraid

I decided on the name change as I wanted something a little more RC orientated, it also falls inline with my ebay id.

To tell the truth I've been a little busy getting married
I'm not going to be around much in the next few month either as I have some pretty substantial renovation work to do on the house which means I'm going to become more of a commentator rather than a project contributor as I have no work bench space at the moment

I will get back on it as soon as I can

Well spotted sir it is indeed an Associated driver, it's almost the same as the original, close enough I think

Nice work, Mark! If you doing house renovations, make sure you make a nice little r/c workspace for yourself.
