Looks to me to be a Tamiya XR311 Cheetah chassis, judging by the wheel colour...

yep! i got 2 about 15 years ago from my uncle that picked them up at a yard sale. i beat the crap out of them then sold them about 6 months ago for 100 buck. i thought it would be a little harder for everyone to guess.
