Just my first post should be a hello to all. Asso_man! indirectly turned me on to the site after he contacted me about an ebay auction win of mine (I was the guy who won the Carbon Tub RC10.... Asso_man! I will let you know if it does not suite my needs). I see a couple of names that I do recognize, like Shodog (Jim) and Inetrc (Alex), so some of you know me and for those who don't I look forward to learning and sharing, your and my RC10 knowledge. As for RC10s, I don't really know how many I have, a bunch. That I can think of I have one SNIB Gold tub that is literally perfect and I think all the others are in some form built or ready for resto. Personally, I really get into the aftermarket hop up conversions.... I have tried to get one of each.

Anyways, I will post some pics in the rides forum and I look forward to chating with all of you. Thanks!

Jay (aka mrlexan)

Welcome to you Jay, nice to hear from you  it's quite unusual from a collector like you that you didn't subsribe sooner... anyway, I'm anxious to see some of your rides, enjoy the show and stay tuned...

Asso_man!, to be honest, up until your email via ebay, I did not know that the forum existed. These days I am just too busy to immerse myself in the net to find out what exists.... the day job takes 12 hours of my day, need to generate extra income and thin down what I have via ebay, and all the other misc things that have to be done daily. Blah, Blah, Blah.... Anyway, I checked it out last night and quite frankly was blown away. I am a member on other forums, and it always bugged me that no one really jumped on and ran with a Associated theme, so my thanks to those that did here.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

Wlecome, Jay.

I'm looking to add that SRP1 chassis that you have up on eBay now to my collection. I missed the other one you had up there (I let you know that it wasn't for a Dominator).

I think I've scored a few of the bodies you have posted, too. :D

You'll probably see a lot of things you sold on cars and projects in here.

I browsed through all six pages of the General forum... it has consumed most of my morning. WOW! Some really great info here. I love it! THANKS Asso_man! for turning me on to the forum. I have some RC10 specific questions myself that I will post in time, just need to collect my thoughts. Also need to post of my pics in the Rides section to.

Thanks guys!

Hi Jay, I was thinking it was about time you got on this site. I know at least 100% of the people here have bought or traded some sort of r/c part with you!!!

My basement is far from a museum... the wife won't let me display one thing in the house. Maybe one day..... we might be moving (again) so those plans will have to wait. Thanks for the comments and welcome.
