This will go to the V-Nats too...

Pro chassis, 5 link, 2.19:1 retrofit trans, CC chassis upper plate. I have made aluminum standoffs but not installed yet. Excuse the trans mounting, was in a hurry to take pic and threw it in there. I have an RPM front bulkhead to replace the silly white one also.

I tried using the XX front carriers and spindles as I have quite a few of the XX 5 spoke wheels, but alas the setup makes the car too skinny in the front with them on. If I could get my hands on a set of the JRXT RPM front arms, I believe it would push it out far enough for the track to be even front and rear.

More pics coming.....

Oh, the Eight isn't vintage, but it has a vintage Yamaha paint job on it. Does that count? JK

I bought a few of those white bulkheads and just dyed them black Rit close dye. they dont dye as easy as the RC 10 parts have to watch the heat a little more but they look good as good as the factory black ones just a thought. I used XX spindles on mine because I used XX wheels al around much easer to find tires. it works good but I am installing the RPM arms also it pushes in the corners to much and just wont turn. it has a Retro fit transalso and RPM front and rear arms. love the Yamaha paint, had a 1976 YZ 125 like that

Which front arms did you use? Was the front end still a little skinny, or were the arms you used long enough to bring them back out? I just came across some RPM JRXT front arms, gonna try them with the xx front parts. Hopefully I'm not just pissin up a tree. :)

I used the RPM Jrx2 arms front and rear, yes they come out even but I used the small servo saver, I am changeing that next. it works great the car is super fast for stock and runs great in my yard but on the track it pushes hard in the turns so I am going to try to get a little more turning with a large servosaver. I used the XX carriers and spindles just drilled out the lower hinge pin hole in the carrier to 1/8 to fit the stock hinge pin. I used the XX parts to use the XX wheels easy to find tires
