Is the RPM Stealth Conversion housing supposed to have spacers between the trans and motor plate like on the other stealths?

So, I take it that no felt gasket is needed ? Those felt pieces are hard to come by. Having not seen a RPM Stealth tranny case, does it have screw holes for the tranny brace ?

The one I did, was simply throw my Stealth Gears in it (except the Top Shaft, of course), and Bolt it up. Maybe one day I'll actually get to run it.

AHH thanks for the picture scrap, The one I have appears to have had the plugs cut off. Ok now that might cause a problem? If all of the parts except the top shaft are the same then why can you just get a T2 top shaft and instal that into the original stealth? I'll have to pull one out and measure the length and count the gears and find out unless someone knows right off the top of their head.

the t2 uses a larger diff gear than a 2.25 stealth, which gives it it's lower ratio. the ae topshafts are all the same, with the exception of the b4/t4, of course. so, the rpm topshaft has less teeth to get the lower ratio of 2.65. at the time they designed that conversion, the only stealth trans around was the 2.25.
