Bits and pieces RC10

The aim here is to make a gold tub RC10 which will accept B4 wheels and have the longest suspension arms possible mounted on a standard tub and truck front bulkhead using bits I have sitting around that belong to various AE cars. Little bit of work left to do still..
For the rear suspension I went with B3 arms mounted off slightly modified T2 rear arm mounts which have the rear most hole stripped making them useless for a T2. With B4 wheels it's pretty much spot on legal width, the tyre side walls make it a bit wider so I dunno if it will fit through a scrutineering box. I can always make some rear arm mounts that put the pivot slightly further in.
Front suspension is a truck bulkhead with some delrin arms I made and B3 caster blocks and steering knuckles. The B3 blocks place the arm pivot pin closer to the king pin than RC10/T2/B2 etc ones which makes it possible to have longer arms, along with the B4 wheel offset I got the arms to be 8mm longer than RPM worlds arms. Made a shock tower which goes around the outside of the nose tubes so I don't have to muck around with the front of the body.
Transmission is B4 with a custom delrin bulkhead for the front trans mount to attach to, and another bit which goes from the rear mount to the 6-gear holes in the chassis. I'm going to use the B4 wing mounts/braces braced to the shock tower and then use as rear body mounts. Used a B3 motor plate as a template to make a new one which is slightly rotated to make the motor mount slots horizontal.
Just have to sort out the steering now and inner mounting points for the front camber link. Going to mount the wing off those outer holes on the rear shock tower. Also have to make some longer driveshafts. I think it'll handle pretty well for an old car! Even though the only old thing on it is the tub

Awesome work. I love the delrin fabrications. Are they just done with a dremel or proper machine tools?
