inverted servo mount
In order to get my steering linkage to line up well, I tried something new and inverted the servo
Any other thoughts?
The obvious drawbacks are 1: higher center of gravity 2: servo is more vulnerable.Any other thoughts?

Re: inverted servo mount
Does the linkage clear through the full range of travel? If so, run it.
Several cars have the servo mounted like that.

Re: inverted servo mount
I am using the original RC10T body, and it doesn't contact. Surprisingly, it's not even close.
Thanks!

Re: inverted servo mount
If that is a truck - no problem. For a buggy you can swap to a low profile servo. Then the linkage lines up nicely in a normal flat position.
