Looking for some vintage Kyosho parts; Alternatives?

Hello from Germany!
Over time, some vintage Kyosho models have found their way onto my shelf: A Rocky, a Shadow, a Raider and a chassis from an Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI, which is based on a Lazer Alpha.

1. The Rocky was obviously converted into 2WD by a former owner, i. e. the front gearbox is completely empty. Until now, I've managed to get the chain and the inner shafts, but the car is still missing the idle gear, the complete differential and the front sprocket (both same as the rear ones, I think), the outdrive joints with the pilot shaft and the front dogbones.
In Germany, it seems to be much easier to get parts for old Tamiyas than for Kyoshos. So I haven't found these missing parts yet.
Are there any compatible parts from other models which are more popular?

2. The Shadow is complete, but with cracked and broken tires (Kyosho Bridgestone Sand Super 340/30/20 MT). Are there any suitable alternatives on the market?

3. I'd like to convert the Alfa Romeo chassis into a Lazer Alpha, so I need suitable wheels and tires.
Are the some aftermarket wheels/tires you recommend?

Many thanks in advance for your help and suggestions.
Greetings
Bob

For the Rocky/Raider, I started a small substitute parts thread here. It won't solve all your problems, but I found some Tamiya outdrives, PN OP-218, that'll substitute and I think are a bit more durable than the original kyosho parts.

Unfortunately my CVD solution is probably no longer possible to recreate due to spares being depleted. But Cas22 has had luck with optima parts and thinner bearings.
