I wanted to pickup an extra body and wing for the re-release team edition found here but I have no idea which one to get.

What other spare parts should I grab while I’m at it?

The Boki Viper is a nice reproduction of the Team Car body.

They have the wing too.

But I would bet AE will be selling a replacement shell, or Viper body, at some point too.

I had an email from AE telling me it was back in stock, but it doesn't show in stock right now. I'm sure it will be back.

The Boki is a really nice body and they are made in the USA, kinda like AE used to be

Boki bodies are great i have painted lots of them.

X4 on Boki. Noticeably better quality than the bodies from Associated.

...unless you were asking for ideas on a body style other than a Viper. That would be tougher.

If you aren't set on an original style body, the JConcepts offerings fit great.

You might want to rebuild the diff and shocks at some point so I would start there.
And, of course, tires depending on your track surface.

i have the detonator on a car, its really nice. their protector looks really nice too, just a protech with a bit more flair.

I have a Detonator, two Detonator Worlds, three Protectors and just got a Mirage WSE .

The Mirage is still in the pack but the rest fit great.

I'm so-so on the wing, with its modern vibe. I prefer the original Team Car or Jammin wings.

Yeah i love how the detonator worlds body looks. Here is one I painted recently.

Once you get enough valid posts, you can ask in the wanted section of B/S/T. I'm certain that you can find one.

J Concepts Protector body is pretty close to the original Protech, but modernized.
