This project is inspired by BeastyShout’s “Traxxas Bandit indoor clay race build” and the various excellent mid-motor Slash/Rustler/Bandit builds.
I started with a Nitro Hawk donor car. I want to create a semi-modern mid-motor 2WD Traxxas buggy based on off the shelf hop-up and with minimal custom 3D printer parts.

This is still a WIP, I am working on a 180 deg bellcrank set up to move the steering servo forward and figure out battery placement. I also need to figure out what I want to do for drive shafts among other things.
I'm building a hybrid car, B2/RC10-ish......flipped stealth for a mid motor set-up. I'm trying to figure out a good body to run on this thing, and want to base the chassis on the shape of the body if I can, for a couple reasons.

It’s kinda open ended so I wasn’t sure what he was going for. I mean, you could easily flip the 6 gear trans but there was cutting and modifications to do also. The mrp was I believe marketed as flippable and should be ‘85-‘86 era

Took this out the street to play a bit...as it was 60o today. Damn, it's silly fast on just a 7.4v LiPo. I can be at 60% throttle going down the street, punch it and it gets all squirly trying to get traction again.
