Another Traxxas Mid-Motor 2wd build

This project is inspired by BeastyShout’s “Traxxas Bandit indoor clay race build” and the various excellent mid-motor Slash/Rustler/Bandit builds.

I started with a Nitro Hawk donor car. I want to create a semi-modern mid-motor 2WD Traxxas buggy based on off the shelf hop-up and with minimal custom 3D printer parts.

• One piece TRX-1 front bulkhead modified to accept standard Traxxas 2wd arms and shock tower. (Remixed from rcnand’s “Traxxas TRX-1 Front Bulkhead Set” on Thingiverse)

  Rear shock tower mount and braces.

This is still a WIP, I am working on a 180 deg bellcrank set up to move the steering servo forward and figure out battery placement. I also need to figure out what I want to do for drive shafts among other things.
