Team Associated RC10 T2 Ad
In 1995 Team Associated would release a successor to their 1/10th scale RC10T stadium truck, simply called, the RC10T2. The first redesign of the RC10 platform since its introduction in 1984, the T2 still retained a black anodized aluminum tub chassis but with a new lighter and stronger upswept shape. The bolt on nose plate and front suspension would be largely carried over from the previous 10T save for new a-arms, steering system, and a black fiberglass shock tower. The rear suspension would follow suit as well adding new bolt-on lower shock mounts, hub carriers and new black fiberglass shock tower to the previous 10T suspension. Inboard a revised battery mounting system and rear bulkhead were situated ahead of the updated Stealth transmission which was laid down further and equipped with a larger 2.6:1 ball differential. The new transmission with its aluminum motor mount and detachable guard would be sunk down into the T2's chassis. Power would be transmitted to smaller stub axles fitted with larger bearings in kits so equipped. There would be a Sport and a Race vesrion, Sport kits received bushings, gold anodized shocks, dogbones and electronics while Race kits would get PTFE shocks, bearings, and universal driveshafts, less electronics. Both kits received flo-yellow one piece 2.2 wheels with Pro-Line tires (8095 "Edge" front, 8092 mini-pin M2 rear) and a new polycarbonate truck body attached to mounts carried over from the previous 10T:

I'm probably biased but this was AE's best truck in my opinion!

Well, let me rephrase, The T2 was AE's best electric truck.

I was old school - when old school wasn't cool !

Re: Team Associated RC10 T2 Ad
I had an RC10T2 roller for a short time in the late '90s. The only prominent memory I have of it was when I brought it to high school with me to sell to someone during drafting class. It's the only Associated stadium truck I've owned up to this point.

Re: Team Associated RC10 T2 Ad
I think the T4 is comfortably the best rear engine electric racing truck AE made. It's basically a T2 with a narrower front end and better servo placement.
The t2 was far ahead of it's time. So much of it is similar to the T4 that much of the truck is compatible with small modification to the T2.
The t3 seems like a step backwards in an attempt for cost cutting. It's not as solid feeling as the T4 after it or the t2 before it.
