In 1991 Team Associated entered the 1/10th scale electric stadium truck market with the introduction of the RC10T. Built to compete against Team Losi's JRX-T, Associated would adapt their Team Car for stadium truck use. Starting with the black anodized aluminum tub chassis, rear bulkhead and 48 pitch 3 gear Stealth transmission with black anodized aluminum motor mount, most of the remaining parts would become truck specific. A new longer and narrower nose plate, front bulkhead and extended length a-arms would connect the Team Cars inline steering blocks and carriers to a heavy-duty spring-loaded servo saver via extended turnbuckles. Revised rear arm mounts and hub carriers for additional toe-in would attach to extended rear arms and turnbuckles, with power transmitted through longer dog bone style axles. New fiberglass shock towers would support the extra-long Team style hard anodized oil-filled coil-over shocks allowing for greater suspension travel. Larger 3-piece 2.2 truck wheels were shod in spike tires for the rear and ribbed tires up front, with first year kits receiving both wide and narrow front wheel/tire assemblies. Truck specific body mounts, mini-bumper and low slung body would be included with the kit, which came in several part numbers depending on the inclusion of bushings or bearings and with or without electronics:
