Hard coated and gold shock caps

Hi guys,

I have multiple RC10s and an Element Gatekeeper and I started looking at the original shocks (42078) for the Gatekeeper.
I had to check and it shows that the enduro shock caps fits on the old RC10 shock bodies. You will need to purchase the pivot balls (42041) as the cap for the enduros has a bigger hole.
And Factory Team offers aluminum shock caps in black (42079) and blue (42085). Although with spring cups, collars and bottom caps.
I have not yet purchased any of the Enduro shock parts, but this might be a way of refreshing the old RC10 shocks on our old cars.
On the second pic with different shock caps from left to right, it's Enduro (42080), late nylon RC10 cap (6428) and original aluminum cap (6439)

I was just looking. It seems that parts for Element vehicles are priced much higher than other AE brands. Even simple (somewhat generic) parts are nearly twice as much as similar AE parts and ~3X as much as some other brands (starts with a T).

That's awesome. I never pulled the trigger because I figured the threads would have been different pitch for the caps and threaded collars.

Did you see if the seal cap fits as well?
